There comes a time in everybody's life when you have to decide to either head towards a career or be a failure in the eyes of society. Vagine Sore Jr are fuck ups, but in the best sense of the word... because hey, there IS glory in flipping the bird at the man, and just following your heart. And let's be honest, if the soundtrack to failure sounds a great as this record, who the fuck needs a career? Think of Superchunk at a yard sale, mixed with a little Leatherface and the desperate, misfit, determined underdog values of Dinosaur Jr. (of course). Oh, and if you think that Vagina Sore Jr is one hell of a great band name, please keep in mind that these dudes used to play in bands called Hüsker Düchebag and Shitty Shitty Gangbang. They also were in Clairmel and the Tim Version, awesome bands without hilarious names.
